We believe God has called us to be a family of believers in Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord. We gather and walk with Him to worship, learn from God's Word, and share His gospel message of eternal life with everyone.

At Boulevard we are a people who are engaged with the gospel of Jesus Christ, and thoughtful about our responses to God. Intentional about actively growing deeper in faith, relationships, worship, and service.

We believe God has called us to be a "healing place" here in the Essex/Middle River area where inspiration, renewal, and the love of Jesus Christ can lift the hearts and bless the souls of those around us.
